If you are completely beginner then I would suggested you to go for Front to Php Course by The Legand Brad Traversy just search on google. Then

take a overview that one because in there you will get 5 projects that boost up with php. For forward learning try to build by ownself some projects after gaining knowledage from that 2 course . just look at youtube projects and try to think of how they could be done . keep making projects that's the only way to Learn any programming knowledage.
