is anyone facing user rate limit exceeded on latest update ?

Tried using custom Oauth and normally , works fine for other content (tested with 3 other reources) ,
only resocoder is throwing me an error saying:
Error : User Rate limit exceeded.
@TUTProfessor please fix .
