I would like to know the reasons why anyone thinks this language is not worth learning in 2021, please provide the reasons why this not worth learning and if you think it's worth learning, Please kindly provide the reasons whhy you think it's worth learning

Well, Stackoverflow is made using .net
When it comes to handling requests it outperforms other popular tech stacks like Java and Node.js
If you want learn it then go ahead, they have invested billion dollars in .net recently, you can do anything robotics, ML, Web application, Mobile App, Desktop App you name it

Microsoft is bashed by the fanatic users of linux or mac.
They have a very good ecosystem for every kind of development. They have the world best programmers. They have produce most valuable books on software engineering and management.

It is more about ecosystem, if you like it, then go for it.
