I am a family coach specialising in Emotional literacy and tapping therapies in order to support families through struggles and trauma. I was previously a social worker for 20 years having specialised in Child Mental Health, Therapy, Adoption and children cared for away from their parents.I have developed this interactive program to help support young people who may be struggling with their feelings. I have designed it to be accessible in your own pace. I personally suggest that this program is done adult and young person together. In the programme you will find a variety of exercises and techniques to try including EFT all with the intent of improving your wellbeing.
