bad for learning to code, good for learning just enough to make something real

compare to kent dodds new epic react course.

this course literally only teaches two hooks, uses no typescript, uses no new react 19 features. it uses mongodb instead of supabase or something newer and more trendy. hell it teaches || and && in javascript well after setting up auth.

its a mess.

but its just enough to get something over the line.

Having gone through the whole self taught journey I would say this is even better than the a-z courses like kent's, a course like that that emphasises curiosity and problem solving right away with details coming when needed is way better in my opinion than learning every single details upfront

i need some help with unzipping, i am only having 171 videos, and the extractor asks for 002.zip file but i already gave the extractor z1 and z2 file.
