None of the files is working. There are errors for both the .pdfs and.mp4

@Krishna123 @axesketch Could you let me know which file isn't playing? Please share either a screenshot or the name of the MP4 or PDF file. Also, did you happen to try opening any hidden files that start with '._'? I’ve rechecked the files on my end, and they are playing correctly.
