About the course

In this course, we explore the Cockpit web-based management interface on CentOS 7. We then take an end-to-end look at the management interface and get hands-on while managing multiple CentOS 7 instances using Cockpit.
Upon completion of the course, you will be up and running with Cockpit. You will be able to install and configure Cockpit on one or more instances of CentOS 7 and will be able to manage your instances using Cockpit.
To be successful in this course, you need at least intermediate-level Linux knowledge and system administration skills. This course covers many parts of Linux: storage, networking, service management, SELinux, software management, and more. We cover how Cockpit manages these Linux areas, but we will not be drilling down into the individual technologies themselves.
