It's hard to say, really both courses are great, it comes down to personal taste and what works best for you. Jhonas vs Brad. Both clearly put a lot of time into these courses they cover the same topics overall. Both are on here to download for free, test both for a bit and pick the one that works for you!

If you count lessons on his site, there are 270 of them. However, here are 265 files, which means 5 files are missing.

So I just checked this whole thing about the missing files and the conclusion is that there are no missing files.
Everything you want is here uploaded for you.

People are confused because on the creator's website there are 4 lectures mistakenly put in module 8. They do not belong there and it's clearly a copy/paste mistake on creator's part. Those files are for module 7 of the course and have nothing to do with module 8.

In conclusion, there are 266 items on the website, and there are 266 items here including the "Course Links" from the Module 1 which is in "code.zip" file.

This is a good course, even for pros who want a quick refresher / overview (of course, skip what you already know well). Anyway, let me suggest this golden nugget as an addon to it, you will not regret it: vanilla js pocket guides

Jonas course is far superior. The only downside of Jonas course, is that it's way too long.

Took me 6 months to complete the course the first time I took it.
