can anyone suggest a roadmap for blockchain development as i am a complete beginner?

Hey guys hii I am new to this forum and i would like to explore the blockchain career.
As I am complete beginner i would like suggestions including:

1.resources for starting
2.roadmap
3.complete courses suggesion (leaked courses will also be beneficial)
4. And atlast as I am a beginner i would like to get all the advices and news about this carreer

The only real advice I can give you is to google the hell out. Watch some podcasts, read articles, blogs etc. You need to do your own research m8
