Getting an authorization error everytime I try to download

So I entered the Client ID and Secret key that I received but when I click on "Get Auth", I always get this error. What could be causing this?

You can't sign in to this app because it doesn't comply with Google's OAuth 2.0 policy for keeping apps secure.
