Got my Udemy account suspended. Any idea how can I get it back?

Hello everyone.
Anyone got their Udemy account suspended in the past and managed to get it back? My account has been suspended since last month and I've mailed their support. It seems like a problem related to some of the gift cards used to purchase some courses. I have many courses which are bought genuinely and I can't afford to lose them.
I have requested them to remove those courses which are flagged and to reinstate the account. But it seems like they are adamant about the decision.

Any idea on how can I get it back?

I understand it's a tough situation. I can offer 2 official solutions for you,

1. Raise ticket again via mail, chat etc
2. Post the issue in Udemy support forums to get help

There is no chat facility available.
I've been mailing them for so many days and the last mail I've got has " There won't be any further replies to the emails" at the bottom.
Just wondering anyone managed to hang on to such an issue and managed to get their account back.
