How to Train for Product Based Companies?

I am in a service-based company and I want to switch to a product Based Company.

• what are the things that I have to know about switching from service to product?
• Is there still an aptitude round for even experienced people (2-3 yrs)?
• Where to study for DSA and Problem-Solving?
• I have been in more than 2 projects in my company, Is there anything that I have to know more than the language technicals, project work..?
• Finally, Is leetcode a must?
