I have a couple of questions:
1. Can I post a post in the Resources section and provide a mega.nz or gdrive link? Or should I send the links to the moderators and admins first?
2. How can I help? Since I have no money, how can I help this community?

Yes post as resource and me or some Mod will approve. Both mega, gdrive fine

No money needed, just spread knowledge, if u find some useful course - share resource, post some educational discussion thread etc
