It is good to know that mr. kiyosaki got rich from MLM. And he encourages everyone to get into an MLM (to learn sales) and you have to be aware that probably 99% of MLMs are a scam, and while they seem to be selling some kind of a product (usually nutritional products or household items) - the main function of them is for you to get all your friends and acquaintances to join (and pay for products + training). So while it can be helpful to read / watch his earlier books (mainly the rich dad poor dad one) after that he never gives any concrete advice, and encourages you to buy more crap from him.

You are all better off reading MJ Demarco's books, or watch a summary of them on youtube. Especially the millionaire fastlane. Of course not everyone will be able to put together a company or sell some kind of a product that many want to buy. Amy Hoy's 30x500 academy is also much better if you want to be serious. This latter one must be around tutflix as well.

Try library genesis. I mean google "library genesis" -- then type the name of the book into the search, sort by year and have fun. There are many mirrors if one site is down...

watch ben felix on youtube and his podcast that's all you need to know to understand everything that guy talks with facts and research papers all the time and he always refer past studies no stupid talking.
