Rules for updated but duplicate resource sharing?

Hi,

As it is not allowed to post direct download links to the resource, I wondered how I can share updated but duplicate content when the original submitter has not posted updates for several months.

First case, you can post your links on that resource discussion. If the resource owner doesn't respond for a while, you'll be reassigned to that resource. Then, you can add future updates.

Second case, you can upload and make a similar thread in the resource section. We'll remove the backdated resource and approve your one.
