This course is broken into three main categories:

  1. Bike body skills - How your body interacts & moves with your bike is fundamental to building a strong foundation
    bike body skills bridge the connection between you and your bike, by using detailed step by step courses, each building off the skills learnt in the previous section.

  2. Terrain - Navigating everything that mother nature can throw at you can be quite overwhelming, but with an understanding of some basic mechanics behind what your bike is doing on the trail, we hope to arm you with the confidence to start navigating all of the sections that have proved a pain in your side until now.

  3. Bike skills - How your bike interacts & moves around you is the core to creating confidence in your mountain biking. learning in succession, we give you the ability to build one skill into the next and make sure we cover all the bases so you aren't left in the dark when you need it most.
