The zip is in two parts. Use something like Keka (for macOS) or a similar tool for your system to unzip all parts automatically when you select the .001 file.

No. Everything works fine. You should update your system and then try again.

you're having trouble unzipping files, try using 7zip for extraction. Make sure both files are in the same folder. I'm using Ubuntu, and neither unrar nor unzip worked for me, but 7zip did the job. Here's the command I used
7z x filename.zip.002
