It says Extra Resources and the mega link next to it? use that and use the second decryption key. It should work.

I think whats confusing for most and it was for me is they probably try the usual way of liking and go to download button on the top right. With that link the decryption key does not seem to work. Its not exactly obvious and i think it should be written out
