Update react, react with typescript & add vue 3 ebook

I know i said i won't update the book, but someone request it when i'm in a good mood, and it's been a while since the last prof newline book post ..., so i think it's fine.

update includes :
- Vue 3 r13 + videos
- React r42 + videos
- react with typescript r11

as always i post all format (pdf, epub, and mobi if available), just post in the discussion if i miss something.

hmm, ask prof if he can update the link or if i can reupload it (post it in the dead link thread, or something like that idk), if prof update the link then good, if i need to reupload it then inform me (here or telegram i guess ?), if you didn't get reply after a couple of days then inform me (you know where) to see what i can do, otherwise my post wont get approved (is it ?, or it is fine for me to upload resource with dead link ?, answer me admin)
