some people used vpn try that , also remove the current credentials & add it again see if the problem solved or not
Still getting fetch error tried with chrome and firefox also used diff credentials
I tried all browsers still i can not able to resolve...

Use Free VPN Addon in Mozilla Firefox (Addon Name :- Browsec) ,which is working well
