Even after liking the resource it is showing error and asking to like the resource

I am facing this problem
Even after liking the resource it is showing error and asking to like the resource. When I go back and like the resource again it is saying that you cannot take back the 'like'. Reloading the page is resulting into nothing.
Anyone has solution for this ?
