maybe first u can do, is say to yourself why do u need that thoughts and habits.
cuz if u really need that and love that - how would u forget that?
key question is WHY, u only need say truth to yourself
and then comes the answer ))

I am not professional on this
1.get up from bed
2.switch off Smartphone.
3.try to use time-lapse of your work.
4.Read 1 page daily any book...
5.what's your Dream don't call it dream call Aim.
6 Mediation (this is optional i am also not doing daily 😅 but its helps for Productivity)
I think it helps for you...

I've heard that meditation really help people with breaking bad habits and developing self discipline.. have not tried it though.

This works because the bad habit usually starts with a thought.. and that thought is growing bigger and bigger in our head.
But when you meditate, you start controlling your thoughts and you don't let us controlling you..

that's the theory.

Start with one habit. Turn it into a routine. Make it part of your daily routine like brushing your teeth.
