I like courses from Josh and I've been converting links and videos that doesn't work to point to locals so that navigation and videos works within the pages again. The only thing missing is the interactive elements and code editors. Fortunately, someone uploaded the sandboxes awhile back so thanks to them, I was able to compile those into one place. Couldn't embed it directly into the pages itself due to the unwieldy and malformed HTML, hence the separate site.
