Solved - How many resources/files I can download at a time?

Today I just download 2 resources and encountered this message on the 3rd one:

"You can download a maximum of 5 files within 24 hours"

I am wondering whether this is too restricted and what happens if a resource contains many files?

You can download 5 resources, if a resource has many files, still it counts as 1 file only
