price naturally increases if the number of paid tools increase. idk which tools will be available to us. i also wait for the announcement.

are there extra / exclusive courses there ?? also lets say we have udemy courses access can we download the certificates as well with our names

I believe, the contents will be same for free vs premium, but premium will have ability (direct link) to directly view the courses without needing to download and can download too, if needed.

extra/exclusive: yes but just a handful which are nieche
udemy: maybe on request prof might be able to but i wouldnt bet on it.

but basically its 2 accounts atm, hence 2 batches that paid for subscriptions and users that belong to batch share credentials managed by lastpass.

note that different batches may differ in some tools. maybe cause of finances idk.
