I took Google’s course and I dropped it, it was a complete and utter garbage in my opinion, spoon-feeding you very basic stuff in a very boring way.
For UX I’d suggest starting with Udacity’s course, then complementing with Erik Kennedy’s Learn UX Design. For UI - Shift Nudge.

and he is Using Sketch but on his website Q/A he wrote "

Udemy courses are good, depends on what exactly you're trying to learn
Courses from erik kennedy are suprisingly good
