I wouldn't recommend this course to an absolute newbie, only reason because Mosh used Typescript in this course and for a newbie React + Typescript will make things really complicate.
Otherwise excellent and concise course.

I recommend Stephen Grider's course. He doesn't use Typescript and builds upon each lesson and project. Also introduces Redux after teaching you useState.
