nextjs, gatsby, express.js - best is to build something that you figure out on your own and not follow any tutorial once you understand the basics and some more.

In My opinion build some other complex web apps by your own, independently. don't jump around too much , stay hard .

Do you have backend knowlede? If not go for learning Nodejs, express or nextjs.
