update jun/7: added chapter #14 (original course complete this far only), plus the missing #18-#19 sockets and bonus deno chapters, and the missing appendix chapters

there is a thread here that I contributed to. just look for "handbrake" that's the name of the compressor program. I wrote a short python script to help it compress many files scattered in subfolders at once. Use the search so that I do not have to.
