Need Help To Build a Flutter Application

Hello Guys, I am working on research project and i need to build an cross platform application, i have some exp in flutter and i want to build an application that should count total number of blinks made by the person live, once he opens the camera the app should count eye blinks made by the person. if someone knows how to build this type of application, please help me. it's needed ASAP. Thank You

Cant help you much...but I would suggest you to look into OpenCV or google vision libs or something
