Check out Node.js the complete guide by Maximillian Schwarzmueller. Your other option is The Complete Web Developer 2020 Course by Colt Steele. I have taken both courses and both of them are the best at what they do.

Node course covers extensively on the node runtime and the overall environment like packages, graphql, deno, typescript etc.

Colt's course covers everything related to web development in MEN stack. He uses Bootstrap for the frontend.
