typescript basics are the same. I do recommend frontend master's typescript courses though. ultimatecourses is also good. typescript constantly changes with new additions every few months, most of them are seldom used and tend to be very specific that no one is aware of..

definitely yes. as been said - most important is basics and basics are the same.
for me, most useful was stephen grider's ts course from afaik 2018. for me its still the best.
